Return & Exchange Policy
As Cotton Club Brand, we always aim to offer you the highest quality.
However, if the product you purchased did not meet your expectations, you can easily return it within 30 days.
1. Return Period

You have the right to return your product within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Requests exceeding 30 days cannot be processed as per legislation.
2. Return Conditions

The product must be unused, unwashed, with labels intact, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, returns of underwear and accessory products are not accepted.

The original invoice or e-invoice printout must also be sent with the product.
3. Return Process

You can initiate your return request by sending an e-mail with your order number to info@cottonclubbrand.com.

After your return request is approved, a return shipping code will be sent to you.

You can return the product free of charge via the specified shipping company.
4. Refund

Once the returned product reaches the warehouse, it undergoes a quality control process within 3-7 business days.

For approved returns, your payment will be refunded to you by the same method within 10 business days at the latest.

For credit card refunds, banks' processing times may vary.
5. Exchange Procedures

If you wish, you can request a size or color exchange instead of a return.

For products not in stock, a refund will be issued instead of an exchange.
6. Non-Returnable Products

Used, damaged, or products that have lost their original form.

Products with removed tags or signs of personal use.

Custom-made or personalized products.
