Membership Agreement

1. Parties

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between Cotton Club Brand ("Company") on one part, and the user ("Member") who is a member of the www.cottonclubbrand.com.tr website on the other part.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the terms of use of the site and the rights and obligations of the parties for individuals who become members through the Cotton Club Brand website.

The Member accepts the accuracy of the information provided during site registration and undertakes to comply with all terms specified in this agreement.

3. Membership and Usage Conditions

4. Member's Rights and Obligations

  • The Member may not share any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, copyright-infringing, or morally objectionable content on the site.

  • The Member is obliged to keep their account information and password confidential.

  • The Member is responsible for all transactions made through their account.

5. Cotton Club Brand's Rights and Obligations

  • Cotton Club Brand reserves the right to change the membership system, offer new services, or terminate existing services at any time.

  • No responsibility is accepted for service interruptions that may occur due to technical reasons such as loss of access to the site, system errors, or maintenance work.

  • Cotton Club Brand protects member information within the framework of its Privacy and Security Policy.

6. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All rights to the site content, design, visuals, logos, and all written materials belong to Cotton Club Brand.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Termination of Membership

  • The Member may cancel their membership at any time by sending an e-mail to info@cottonclubbrand.com.tr.

  • Cotton Club Brand has the right to unilaterally cancel membership if the member acts contrary to this agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cotton Club Brand is not responsible for content, links, or services provided by third parties through the website.
The Member is responsible for any damages arising from technical problems related to internet connection while using the site.

9. Amendment of the Agreement

Cotton Club Brand may unilaterally change the terms of this agreement when deemed necessary.
Changes become effective from the date of publication.
The Member is deemed to have accepted these changes by continuing to use the site.

10. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this agreement, the Central Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul are authorized.
Turkish Law shall apply.

11. Effectiveness

The Member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions in this agreement when becoming a member of the cottonclubbrand.com.tr site.
This agreement comes into force upon completion of the membership process.
