1. When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be delivered to the cargo within 3–7 business days after your payment confirmation is received.
During campaign periods, this time may vary depending on the intensity.


2. Which shipping company do you work with?

Deliveries are made through reliable shipping companies with whom we have an agreement.
When your order is shipped, your shipping tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS.


3. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping is free for purchases over a certain amount.
For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee is automatically displayed in your cart.


4. What is the return or exchange period?

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you received the product.
The product must be unused, with its tag still on, and in its original packaging.

5. How can I initiate a return?

  1. You can initiate your return request by sending an e-mail to info@cottonclubbrand.com.tr.

  2. When your request is approved, you will be sent a return shipping code.

  3. You can send the product back free of charge with the same shipping company.


6. How long does a refund take?

After the returned product reaches our warehouse, it is checked.
For approved returns, your payment will be refunded to your account using the same payment method within 3–10 business days.
Bank processing times may vary.


7. I want to make an exchange, how does it work?

You can exchange your product for a different size or color if you wish.
For products that are out of stock, a refund will be issued instead of an exchange.


8. What is the fabric quality of your products?

All our products are made from high-quality cotton and carefully selected fabrics.
Cotton Club Brand collections are designed to offer long-lasting and comfortable use.


9. Can I shop without creating a membership?

Yes, you can place an order without creating a membership by using the "Guest Checkout" option.
However, if you create a membership, you can track your orders more easily and benefit from special discounts.
