Distance Sales Agreement

2. Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of product(s) ordered by the Buyer electronically through the cottonclubbrand.com.tr website.
The specifications of the products subject to the contract, the sales price, payment, and delivery information are stated in the Preliminary Information Form approved by the Buyer before the order.

3. Product Information

The type, kind, quantity, model, color, sales price, and payment method of the products are the information specified by the Buyer in the system.
The Buyer completes the purchase by confirming this information before ordering.

4. Delivery Terms

  • The product(s) will be delivered to the cargo within 3–7 business days from the order confirmation date, to the address specified by the Buyer.

  • Delivery will be carried out through the contracted cargo company of the Seller.

  • The Seller may delay delivery due to stock shortages or force majeure; in this case, the Buyer will be informed.

5. Payment Conditions

  • The product price is collected by credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods.

  • Product shipment will not be made without payment confirmation.

  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment provider.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send an email notification to info@cottonclubbrand.com.tr.

  • The product must be unused, with its tag not removed, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be sent to the Seller before the withdrawal period expires.

7. Return Process and Refund

  • After the product reaches the Seller, a quality control will be performed within 3–7 business days.

  • For approved returns, the payment will be refunded to the Buyer within 10 business days using the same method.

  • Bank processing times for credit card refunds may vary.

  • Returns will not be accepted for used, washed, or tag-removed products.

8. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

  • Custom-made products,

  • Underwear and accessory products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons,

  • Used products or products that have lost their original form.

9. Warranty and Responsibility

  • The Seller is responsible for delivering the products without defects and complete.

  • All notifications regarding the product must be made to info@cottonclubbrand.com.tr.

10. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts are authorized.
Turkish Law shall apply to the resolution of disputes.

11. Effectiveness

The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions specified in this contract by approving it electronically.
The contract enters into force on the date the Buyer approves the order.
