Return and Exchange Policy

At Cotton Club By Organic Reworks, our goal is to always offer you the highest quality.
However, if the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you can easily return it within 30 days.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your product within 30 days from the date you receive it.

Requests made after 30 days cannot be processed in accordance with legislation.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be unused, unwashed, with its tags attached, and in its original packaging.

For hygienic reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and accessory products.

The original invoice or e-invoice printout must also be sent with the product.

3. Return Process

You can initiate your return request by sending an email to info@cottonclubrand.com.tr with your order number. 

Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided with a return shipping code.

You can return the product free of charge through the specified shipping company.

4. Refund

After the returned product reaches the warehouse, it undergoes a quality-control process within 3-7 business days.

For approved returns, your payment will be refunded using the same method within 10 business days at the latest.

Processing times for credit-card refunds may vary between banks.

5. Exchange Process

If you wish, you may request a size or color exchange instead of a return.

For products that are out of stock, a refund is issued instead of an exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been used, damaged, or lost their original form.

Products with removed tags or signs of personal use.

Custom-made or personalized products.
